Refund policy

Please note all of our custom sneakers and shoes are created upon receipt of your order. All sales are FINAL UNLESS I have grossly misrepresented a product.

WE ONLY GRANT A REFUND or EXCHANGE if I misinterpreted an order, shoes must be returned in new and unworn condition, odor free and in the original packaging, just as shipped. All orders are shipped with a bag of materials in case of wear and tear.

Please be aware that the jewels are glued onto the shoes and may become damaged or come away from the shoes due to excessive running, bending, rough play, stepping on the shoes, kicking, playing sports, hitting the shoes against hard objects, rough handling of the shoes, etc.

Please handle your custom order with love and care.

Repairs, Refunds and/or Exchanges are not be granted and/or given for damaged shoes.
