We ship worldwide with tracking . We are not responsible for packages lost in mail. Any packages that ship international with first class shipping do not track once in another country. We encourage international packages with priority shipping tracking. We will not refund packages lost in first class shipping international. 

We ship within 2-3 weeks. Please order with enough time by the date you expect your package.
